Bidra med feedbackHaving had some (too many) appointments at St Mary's hospital i have been in a few times Surprised pleasantly of the atmosphere and staff In particular as an observer an elderly gentleman not used to card payments was assisted in paying with cash The poor guy dropped his newly atm'd money all over the floor and they were so so kind and respectful not knowing i or anyone else was watching I've been in a few times and really seems a good morale Nice to see with so man sour faces in hospitality these or any other days I brought my observations eventually with the manager Zac believe Impressively run business with attention to detail irrespective of previous comments on the customer relations Hope and deserve to do well
Last Saturday night, a group of 20 friends and I had dinner at a restaurant. We were surprised to find a table available, but later realized why - the price of a large glass of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc was a whopping £12! We later discovered that an additional service fee was applied to everything we ordered, leaving us feeling disappointed and ripped off after spending £2.5k. Unfortunately, we will not be hosting our New Year's Day event at this restaurant again. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the service was quick. However, the hidden service fee felt deceptive.
We had a Christmas event here and the staff couldn’t be lovelier! The food was delicious, supper efficient and all in all a great experience!
Early birthday dinner after taking canal bus from Camden to Little Venice and then journeyed on to a BBC Prom at the Royal Albert Hall. Food was excellent, well presented and came quickly. Very pleasant service and place had nice, buzzy vibes as the after-work clientele arrived for drinks or bites.
We didn't have a reservation when we arrived, but we were able to be seated and ordered the beef brisket. It was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was excellent. I definitely plan on returning in the future.
