The restaurant overbooked, and when we arrived, there was a lack of communication. We were told that there was no table available for us and they couldn't even estimate when we might be seated—possibly not at all that day. The staff was quite unhelpful. Additionally, it seemed like they would have let us in if there was some sort of "special incentive" involved, as there were plenty of empty tables.

They completely overwhelmed the restaurant. When we arrived, there was no communication; we were informed that there was no table available and they had no idea when we might be seated—likely not at all that day. I'm also pretty sure that if there had been some "special incentive," they would have found a way to accommodate us, as there were plenty of empty tables.
