Bidra med feedbackWe went to this restaurant before a show at the SSE Arena Wembley and found it to be quiet when we arrived. The light dishes were delicious, but I was disappointed when I used the restroom. As a disabled person who uses crutches, I found the disabled restroom being used as a storage room. It contained a table umbrella, a large pack of toilet paper, a sign for the front, a mop and bucket, and other items. Unfortunately, I did not have my phone with me to take pictures. I am grateful that I did not need a wheelchair as I may have had trouble getting into the restroom. I hope this was just a one-time occurrence, as other than that, our experience was pleasant and the staff member serving us at the bar and delivering our food was very kind.
Really slow service. Table not ready and then just wiped tablecloth saying he couldn't get new one as it was in laundry. Waited 25mins for our drinks, hour for food which was basic and not worth what we paid. Really poor service. Asked ingredients due to allergies which was then dismissed and actually had on the plate what I was allergic too. Would not recommend at sll
I visited this restaurant before a show at Wembley, and it was the perfect location as it was only a 10-minute walk to the Stadium. The staff was very friendly and consistently checked to ensure we had everything we needed. I had a delicious burger followed by an amazing Eton mess dessert. The prices were reasonable considering the proximity to Wembley. The only downside was that the furniture inside was a bit dated, but that was the only negative aspect of this hidden gem.
We had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. Despite it being a special event day menu, there were still great options available. We started with nachos to share, followed by mushroom risotto for me and a chicken burger for my friend. The portion sizes were substantial and the food tasted fresh and delicious. The cocktails were also top-notch, with many unique options to choose from. The staff were exceptional, despite the busy night. They were attentive, polite, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. They didn't rush us off the table and were happy to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend Sugar Mill.
Not what we expected from the webpage, more like a 90’s restaurant in decor. However the staff were welcoming and the restaurant was clean although the toilets were right in the middle which was a bit odd. Menu was limited, not necessarily a bad thing, and the food came quickly. Salmon was over cooked and there was only a spoonful of coleslaw with the burger, no salad to speak of Staff were over attentive during our meal to the point of being irritating. Quite expensive for what we had, but I suppose these are London prices, so probably good value
