Spaghetti House Cranbourn Street

What I liked: -The bathrooms -The waitress was nice What I didn’t like: The rest! Small, packed space. Pasta was completely undercooked. Tiny portion. Very thin sauce. My boyfriend makes better cheese sauce than this.

Lovely cosy atmosphere and friendly staff. Food was delicious catered for a family of 4 and everyone left full and happy!

Fantastic food, my only issue was that i couldn't eat more! Friendly, smiley wait staff, and nice atmosphere and quick service. I found the inclusion of a default 12.5% service charge on top of an already pricey meal quite unneccesary as i would have been happy to tip for the good service we received, but do think the service was over and above to justify the built in fee. This soured an otherwise great meal.

The overall experience was good. Food was tasty and the waiter who served us was very pleasant. The only negative was the hostess who greeted us at the door. I booked for 6.30pm and she was convinced that we didn't have a table, it was only until we saw it on the diary and we pointed it out to her that she actually did something. It was obvious our booking was messed up because we weren't seated until 7.15pm. She was very rude and abrupt.

The window seats upstairs give a great view of the bustle on the streets outside. We needed to leave in time for the theatre and the restaurant manager made sure we were served promptly. Food was good my lasagne a little overcooked. Great value.
