What was once a good neighbourhood restaurant has gone to the dogs. Take out from here is now a total gamble. First order didn 't arrive. Replacement was inedible as a result of being totally bashed about in transit. Called restaurant to complain and they were offhand and dismissive... 'not our problem '. The incredibly rude and aggressive manager then called me to 'discuss ', but hung up on the call as I tried to reiterate the problem. He did take the opportunity to be thoroughly unpleasant before slamming down the phone. I can only assume this is the same person referred to by numerous other reviewers below. Worst customer service ever. Such a shame as this was a good local. Will now avoid.

I ordered three pizzas tonight and they arrived with all the toppings fallen off. The pizzas were inedible and it was a completely unprofessional experience, as the photos clearly show. When I called Pesantissimo, they blamed Deliveroo and did not offer a solution to fix the issue. Deliveroo, on the other hand, said they had no other drivers available to deliver a new order. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable and I will not be using this restaurant again.

I went for dinner, I took my take away pasta and ciabatta was super delicious. And Simona did a perfect service with an amazing smile.

My friend and I were strolling through Primrose when we stumbled upon this charming little restaurant. We decided to get some takeout pasta and we were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. Semona provided excellent service as well.

I had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant. The waiters and the waitresses were committed to great services and were very friendly. I love Italian food and most importantly every food and drink on your menu tasted delicious! Everything was perfect! I can't wait to get back here.
