Bidra med feedbackPoor customer service Like most restaurants these days, only seem to cater for online orders, hence delivery drivers constantly in and out , phones and computers permanently ringing. Not a relaxed place to come to anymore, sit down customers seem to be an inconvenience.
We went to pandan leaf for dinner as it was my daughters birthday. As we were finishing off our starters something caught my eye on the floor as it was walking past. I looked over and to my utter disgust and shock I saw it was a baby mouse! The worst bit was that it came directly out of the kitchen and walked past our table to go to another door, under which it disappeared. It was a baby mouse so there is definitely going to be more! I didn’t want to tell the owners/ waiters in front of another couple who were dining there so I waited until we paid. I told them what I saw and the waiter didn’t seem very shocked or apologetic. Not even a discount offered since I couldn’t eat my mains because of the disgust! He just said ‘thanks for letting me know. We will try to get rid of it.’ I sincerely hope they try their best to get rid of it as it is a health and safety concern to share your kitchen with rodents! It is a shame as it is a very nice restaurant otherwise.
Very disappointed in our visit to Pandan Leaf. Customer service was very, very poor. We sent back fish cakes which were cold and rubbery. Because I orded grilled tamarind sticky prawns. I asked for a warm bowl of water with lemon to clean my fingers when eating them. I was refused and told to use the toilets to wash my hands. The toilets hadn't been attended to and as I walked to the ladies, I was first met with a urinal full of urine that was in my direct vision. The ladies toilet was dirty and the bin overflowing onto the floor. When the bill came instead of removing the fish cakes, the manager instead charged us half the price because we had eaten some (how else would we know they were poor quality? . Sadly we would not recommend.
We used one of their delivery partners. Food not delivered. Pandan took no responsibility or help. Said they got paid and couldn’t help. No apology. Would not resend the order. No refund. Unbelievable attitude. We lost over £100.
Ordered with pandan leaf via just eat as their website says food delivered, contacted pandan leaf and spoke to management apparently and we’re told that they won’t do anything to help and any issues aren’t with them, no contact for just eat…. But told not pandan leaf issue, they refused to assist, they took our money, “made money from us” according to pandan leaf… but not their problem… where is the customer service, outraged with their attitude
