Our bartender was excellent. They had fantastic knowledge and made great cocktails. We never went without a drink. The service was exceptional.

We went to Oliver's primarily for my gluten-free friend, as they offer a separate menu for this option. Additionally, they change their oil weekly, so we chose to visit on this day. Despite being advertised in Belsize Park, Chalk Farm Station is just a 10-minute walk away, and I would happily make the trip again and again.

The prices are suitably London enough to shock any coastal visitors, but in return you get to enjoy some of the tastiest fish available in the city juicy cod, flaky haddock, and specials each day too. The chips are proper 'ship shop chips ' big chunky cuboids of potato, begging to be loaded up with ketchup or mayonnaise! A worthwhile treat.

Love love love this chippy! The chips were fresh and the restaurant/take away offers a huge amount of dishes (not just the standard 'chippy stuff ' . I will totally visit this place again! Also I loved the fact the inside of the boxes were lined with tinfoil to keep the chips hot for longer and we were given a paper bag to carry them back to the hotel in. Great place!
