KFC - London

We were all very hungry after a long day on Friday the 13th and decided to stop by KFC to grab a bucket to take home. However, we were disappointed to find that the food did not live up to its usual "finger lickin' good" reputation. The coating on the chicken was dry and dark, and the chips were very soggy. The next day, one by one, we all experienced diarrhoea and violent vomiting. We couldn't even keep water down. We had eaten from this KFC before without any issues, but after this experience we have no plans to return. It was only after we got sick that we read reviews, wondering why we hadn't thought to do so before eating at a fast food chain.

I wanted to order a boxed meal, but they only allowed me to choose 2 wings instead of just one piece. Their menu offers some choices, but overall I would rate my experience as 0 stars.

The restaurant was very busy in the early evening. The staff were efficient and worked quickly to get orders out. My only complaint is that the restaurant appeared untidy when I arrived, but since I was only picking up a takeaway, I did not need to use the tables.

Never going back here. Rude, patronising middle aged woman serving. Needs sacking asap. Treatment of staff and deliver drivers appalling, and in front of customers. Over packed bags causing them to split and drop food all over the floor. Zero stars.

Really horrible. Popped in for something to eat at 9pm on the way home. Would never go here again. There are many choices so really no reason to go here again.
