Karnavar - London

A modern Indian restaurant that we use quite regularly. It's not a stack-high place. The menu has been fairly unchanged in recent years.

Karnavar never disappoints. Fabulous food, my favorites are definitely the King Kebab and black Lentil dhal.

Great food and amazing service from all employees! We had the 5-course menu with incredible wine pairs. Our waiters were known and a pleasure to do so. Very recommended!

This was my second visit to Karnavar in South Croydon and I'm happy to say so much better than first! This time there were other diners which gave the place some atmosphere. The food is great, with some unusual combinations. It's wonderful to get a Biriyani, which tastes as good as if you were in Karnataka.

Delicious food, an interesting menu; much closer to The Cinnamon Club in style than a standard Indian restaurant. Decent cocktail menu and wine list. It is a relatively small space so was quite loud on a Friday evening. Perhaps go during the week if you like a quieter experience.
