Harvester Chingford - London

The food is delicious, although it is a bit expensive. Despite the cost, I would still recommend it.

The starters and first course were excellent, and the waitress was very courteous, respectful, welcoming, and attentive. We were able to relax and linger after the meal without feeling rushed, which was pleasant. However, the Eton Mess dessert I had was a bit disappointing as it had hardly any meringue and very little fruit, mostly consisting of ice cream. The ladies' toilets needed some attention as there were used paper towels everywhere and some of the toilets were not flushing. Despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant evening overall and enjoyed the variety of dishes available for the starter as well as the salad bar.

The food arrived cold and the waitress did not clear away our empty plates after we finished our starters. She seemed more interested in chatting with other staff than serving the few customers in the restaurant. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we will not be returning. We were expecting better.

The young lady who served us at 5.00pm on 14 December was very bright and bubbly and made it a pleasant time. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name. My friends and I always come to Harvester for meals as it close by to where we live and the food and staff is excellent. I would recommend Harvester to anyone who is looking for a lovely meal

We felt relaxed and were able to stay after the meal without having been harassed, which was beautiful. The dessert I had what the Eton Mess was, had hardly any clue in it, and very little fruit it was mainly ice, so it was a little disappointing. Also the ladies toilets needed a little attention there were paper towels used everywhere and some of the toilets were not flushing. Otherwise was a pleasant evening from all, we enjoyed the 5 dishes you could get for the starter, as well as the salad bar
