Beautiful restaurant, great lively ambience, fantastic service through our wonderful waiter Frederico and the steaks were as good as we wanted to be. If you want a Fab restaurant and an amazing steak, and it doesn't matter to spend a few bob, it's brilliant. But there was a bit of a break. 2 of us had hamburgers and had high expectations as we were in a large Argentine steak restaurant. Big mistake. They were very ungerious (animal) and for an incredible steak restaurant, really not so great. But not so cheap.

DISAPPOINTED. On Valentine's Day we booked a table for a light lunch. Unfortunately, the day was spoiled for certain customers due to the obvious bias. Upon arrival, although the waiter greeted us and wanted to take us to our table, a man who looked like the manager, intervened at this point in a friendly way and directed his employee to give us table 8 that gives us a "view" of the garden. After we came past some beautiful open tables (it was very empty and was only a quarter full when we were gone) we got a table that can only be described in the corner in the worse part of the restaurant. We had a look at the coffee machine and in the kitchen/kitchen and was next to the door to the garden area, which gave a loud bang and design every time someone went in and out. I must mention that our waiter was wonderful and helpful and the food was nice. After one step to one of the nicer tables and seeing how other guests got food faster and preferred tables, we could only leave the experience with a bitter taste. We often visit restaurants from lower price high street chains up to triple Michelin star restaurants and in most cases the feeling is welcomed and made especially by the administration. The rest of your team was a loan to Gaucho and tried to make the bad first impression.

Always great, fantastic with kids great kids menu, consistently good food

Excellent Sunday lunch with friendly service as always. Nice to have a chain with staff who remember you.
