Fleet Tandoori - London

Fleet Tandoori, close to Hampstead Heath, is a very friendly and reliable neighbourhood restaurant with an excellent menu that extends beyond Indian staples to speciality regional dishes. There is a particularly good range of fish dishes, including some tasty freshwater fish recipes that are well worth trying. Service is excellent and knowledgeable (always useful with such a wide-ranging menu), surroundings are pleasantly modern and value for money is high. Efficient home delivery service too.

Carluccios, Reading Absolutely fantastic, as always. Great food, friendly service, lovely atmosphere AND the chance to buy some of the ingredients before you leave. I can highly recommend the thick, warm, chocolate..mmmmm

The pasta was excellent, but the a la carte options were just average. There weren't many dessert choices and the ambiance could use some improvement.
