If I knew the Delisserie was about to open up a new restaurant in Borehamwood, I would have seriously rethought my decision not to move back to Zone 6 North

If I had known that Delisserie was going to open a new restaurant in Borehamwood, I would have reconsidered my decision not to move back to Zone 6 North.
