Ca'puccino - London

Really don't know why there were so many 1 or 2 stars for the review. I had a really great experience in the restaurant, no matter how breakfast, dessert, place and service. I and my friend came to westfield so early at 9 o'clock. we have tried to explore a place to eat and finally we entered Ca’puccino. I spoke to the employees we were so starved because we came out of hongkong and experienced time differences. my body was on the afternoon at this time, so we were very hungry. she offered us that we could order the burger instead of having breakfast, which might not be enough for us. I felt grateful for her offer. Although I ordered the breakfast at the end, I could feel “tailor-made service” from the restaurant. the waiting time was right. another highlight was that the staff recommended for us a delicious apple cake. I liked it so much. the ice cream was the perfect match with the torte! the baked looks great and I would recommend the restaurant to any baked goods lover!

I visited on a Friday afternoon, and the restaurant wasn't too busy, so I was seated right away. I ordered the pasta carbonara, and the vanilla ice latte tiramisu. The ice latte and the tiramisu were excellent, but unfortunately, the pasta was just okay as it was only borderline good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the café's ambiance was relaxing, enhanced by soothing jazz music playing in the background.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The coffee was exquisite, and the Italian dessert was delightful. The service was both warm and efficient. I’m not sure why there are so many one or two-star reviews; perhaps we just visited at the right time.
