Café Murano - Covent Garden - London

I’m a regular here and cannot fault the quality of the food. However, the experience was ruined by the fact they had not picked up our booking on open table. According to the member of staff who greeted us, ‘we don’t check bookings from there these days’. All the tables in the main restaurant area were taken and we were seated in the unused section near the front door well away from other customers. Other than that, service at the table and the food were excellent as always.

Excellent service, very good food but very noisy when the restaurant was busy

Took a while to get served, but very good waitress who apologised for the delay. Had the cocktail and olives and focaccia to start but had only just got these when our main turned up, would have liked a bit of time in between. Desert was delicious. Overall experience was good!

Top nosh with a pre-theatre menu offering extremely good value.

Nice ambience and interested staff. Nice compact menu and the liver was excellent. A rare thing!
