Apples Restaurant im Park Hyatt Hamburg

It is already an upscale restaurant with small portions, expensive prices. the service is very good, but nothing for us. we want to be fed when we spend so much money

The service was slow and unhelpful when it came to ordering the red wine. Then we were recommended to order the Chateaubriand without being asked about our preferences. We requested a smaller portion for our appetizer, but the server insisted that we order from the menu as it was. However, when we received the bill, we were charged for a full appetizer. When we questioned the server about this, they claimed that the menu had changed recently and they were unaware that the menu item was the same as the appetizer. Overall, the service was not very professional considering the reputation of the restaurant.

Very good eating, more attentive operation, quiet environment

The meal was delicious with generous portions in the 7-course menu. The service was decent, but nothing that stood out.

We were warmly welcomed and personally received a beautiful table! the food was excellent again, it is good to get pampered again! the service was very attentive . pity that it is to end at the end of 2022!
