Al Hamra - London

Whenever my family is in London the one place we MUST visit is Al Hamra. Always an amazing meal.

Fairly expensive Lebanese restaurant with starters around £10-£13 each and mains around £25-£30+ each and minimum charge pp of £30. Food quality good, service good without being friendly. No discernible ambiance-. Surprised to see toilet and kitchen doors both open and close by in basement.

The food was good, but the service ruined it. The staff were in a hurry to close up the restaurant and gave us the worst attitude, even though we were at fault for arriving a bit late to the time slot.

WOW! Best Lebanese food I’ve ever had. Their hospitality was even better. They have a large menu to choose from and great selection of wine. Definitely will come back next time we are in London.
