Bidra med feedbackThe place deserves, a green corner near Malpensa, an old renovated farmhouse. The kitchen surprises with few never banal proposals, preferring local producers. Extraordinary the paé of the courtyard with fegatini di Faraona on milk bread with sevenmbrina fruit followed by a guinea fowl cake with pores and sage roasted by its cooking bottom, a surprising dish. Even friends were fully satisfied with desserts. Excellent wine and bitters. Right price for quality and work of cooks. We'll come back to try all the other saucers. Total delusion for a location that deserves more. No type of elasticity in the menu, for children they were able to propose only pasta in white or tomato (at the time of booking they had been notified of the presence of 6 children! , crazy prices for portions and ingredients, the presumptuous holder and snob... except in case it is the toilet, then it becomes a trattoria style with lots of keys with wooden key rings and totally non-hygienic rope and bathroom in another building. Disorganized, dear and slow... even to pay you go down to the bar and queue (we put more than half an hour!
I've been with my family today. A main dish x 3 2 glasses of wine and water 96 euro!!!!!!! Fregular with 4 clams....insipida Pastel potatoes, artichokes,3 fish pieces Red broth fish soup with 3 river shrimps and 3 pieces of fish 3 coffee 1 grappa and a pastry Service? So many smiles and kindness but let it go..... catering is another thing. I'm never gonna stand for coffee again. Too bad is a raw diamond that could be the top of the area. Goodbye! !
Three stars only for the place where it is located that it is very beautiful and surrounded by greenery...if it was only for food (and its price) would be from a star. Plates that try to imitate those of the great chefs (mini servings with refined ingredients), but without being able to do so. If you pass, maybe opt for a cutter at the bar rather than a dinner lunch at the restaurant.
A different, fresh, modern proposal in a territory without proposals of style. Plates combined with excellent raw materials and flavors of the world. A place not for everyone. Especially if you expect food from trattoria or substantial food until you burst. Widely recommended to those who are open to something different.
