Not complain about but when the order sey CUT INTO SQUARES PLEASE cut it squares

If I could leave zero I would. First of all when husband went to pick up, a driver from there told him good luck if picking up we are super behind. FIRST RED FLAG Now when the pizza got home we notice that our super supreme did not have pineapple andjalapeños that we requested. When I called I kept getting hung up one on the third try I get greeted frantically that they arebehind and the wait is about 2 hours. I let him know that I wasn?t placing an order but letting them know I was missing toppinghe told me ?we?ll bring the pizza back uneaten so we can make you a new? I asked if I take it back will it be done in the 15mins carry out is done he said no that it would take an hour. He said well I have to go you can bring it if you want. Super rudewhen asked for his name he hung up on me. This is not acceptable how am I going to wait an hour when it was their mistake.

Went inside to order just for me, I asked if they make a pizza for just one person the male said just large for 20 dollars, told sorry I cant eat a whole pizza to myself, so left went to jack n the box

The pizza was wrong, it was cold, and there were hardly any toppings on it. When I tried to call, I couldn't get through for some reason. It was a waste of money!!!

First time ordering from this location. Staff was very helpful, one in particular was so sweet, such a lovely woman. I will most definitely be ordering from this location again. Food was great! Timing was perfect.
