Sbarro - Lombard

Service was great. Employees were very pleasant and enthusiastic with serving you. Pizza was fresh and hot. I got Hawaiian style, stuffed pepperoni and sausage, and garlic breadsticks. Breadsticks were soft and delicious. Prices were moderate for food court prices.

Whoever manages this food stall needs a raise. All the food looks amazing. Probably the best looking mall food stall I have ever seen. It looked like a genuine pizzaria. It made us choose to eat here. We just got bread sticks bc we just needed a snack but we will be back...yes...to a mall food stall to eat dinner.

Did not take long and gave us suggestions. Alex and Sonia helped with everything we asked for.

I wasn't satisfied with my meal and spoke to the manager. She was very nice and she fixed the situation right away. Very attention and great service. You can't go wrong with the ny style cheese pizza. Will be back!
