Jimmy John's - Lombard

Too bad to you, jimmy john. to save only up to 5 minutes. my house is 6 minutes away and they said it was outside their cover.

I was 15 minutes ahead of location to close and the door was locked. unnecessary to say that we never go to this place again, when they open up to 9 and a customer goes to them, they should not be closed early.

Had lunch here everyday for 5 weeks in a raw, thats enough to tell you how good it is.

I've been ordering for years from this jimmy johns and it's always gone back in service. today's sandwiches took an hour and 15 minutes to deliver about 7 minutes! I understand that they have driver shortage, etc. but why can I get a pizza in 30-40 minutes more consistent than sandwiches? they have been short of drivers for years, so it is my opinion that this is not a great place to work and they have a high turnover. then, in order to supplement injuries, I had to type in advance or not even type. I didn't order so much of them and I won't be back. I drive to the road on lake to get me (if I really bless jimmy johns) as they are anyway better.

Been ordering here for a very long time and to be hung up on like I was nothing is beyond me!! These ppl are rude and nasty, I was ordering lunch as I do from time to time ask the young lady about the kids meal she stated there were no kid meals blah blah blah, she seemed a bit confused about the menu that I was asking about, remind you I recognized her voice from other times she took my order and she messed up multiple times so I immediately let her know that I will like someone else to take my order because I didn't want my order messed up( she got offended) and said she was the manager but she was the same lady reading my card number out loud as I repeated it to her , that made me feel uncomfortable and for her to get offended and hang up on me in my face like I don't spend money here is insane. Then I call back and the guy is rude not even trying to hear what his employee has done which he is the real manager do you honesty think I'm going to order after your employee did something like that I'm pretty sure the ppl that order from here knows the young lady I'm talking about that MESSES EVERYONE ORDERS UP!!! And reads everyone's personal information out loud as she takes the order
