Last week I went for a snack with my family. I ordered a coffee with a cinnamon roll. By chance I turned the role over, and the bottom part was green. THE ROLE WAS MUFFLED. Luckily I realized it and didn't continue eating it. And the role wasn't a big deal. I do not recommend it. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

It leaves much to be desired. The rating is due to the attention of the employees, not the quality of the products. In mid-December I went and discovered the 'Gelatoshake ' an ice cream, coffee and cream shake . That day they sold it to me without any major problems, except that they didn 't have the cream to decorate the shake which I didn 't mind . The next day I come back, I order it again and same experience. Two days later I return at midnight after going out to dinner and, since they had already cleaned the coffee machine, they tell me that they can 't sell it to me they closed at 1 am that day . A week later, I go again and this time they tell me that since they don 't have the cream to decorate, they are not authorized to sell it ? . I explained to the employee that they had already sold it to me several times like this and the manager of the store appeared to tell me that just that day the brand 's marketing guy had stopped by and told them that they couldn 't sell it without the cream. To close, the week after this last event, I went to the Luccianos in Palermo and they sold it to me without cream and without making so many dramas. A shame because the quality of the products is incredible but the service at this particular location leaves a lot to be desired.
