I offer my admiration for the excellent service, congratulations for the atmosphere, decoration, presentation, menu and taste of its unique dishes, without a doubt one of the best places to visit and taste of a unique and authentic gastronomy, worthy to represent the resources of our country, I recommend as the best restaurant in Loja and Ecuador.

One of the best restaurants I have visited even in the US. The chef was an artist and created magnificent food.

There are exemplary restaurants in service quality, fusion cuisine quality, atmosphere, music, warmth. Shamuico in Saraguro, Loja, is worthy of recommendation, starting with the snacks and drinks, then the strong dishes, all recommended and to finish the desserts, I still make my mouth water to remember them. Recommended!!!!
