Premetto che siamo abituati a girare molto in Italia e anche all'estero e ci serviamo di svariati ristoranti, pizzerie, osterie, alberghi e strutture ricettive varie da tantissimi anni. Bene! Non discuto il fatto che la pasta sia fatta in casa e con buone mani, ma dalle pietanze si devono sentire gli odori, i sapori e se vengono a mancare quelli, tutto il lavoro fatto svanisce! Lasciamo stare l'attesa dopo aver effettuato l'ordine, di una ora e mezza, perchè qualche volta si può anche sorvolare pensando che in cucina abbiano avuto qualche problema! Mi dispiace che i lavoratori, gestore compreso si impegnino per ottenere il meglio. Il fatto che i prezzi non siano alti non deve giustificare una cucina mediocre. Mi auguro che i clienti che hanno lasciato recensioni da e lode si siano imbattuti in giornate in cui lo chef fosse un stelle le ho messe per incentivare al miglioramento. Buone cose.
We visited the restaurant twice and enjoyed it very much. the restaurant is located in a hamlet of loiano and after some curvy roads through a beautiful landscape, in a beautiful historical building, with a small terrace under the arcades on the road and a spacious dining room with stylishly decorated white walls, an impressive fireplace and a high deck with some massive beams. a beautiful combination of authentic and modern. tasty eating both primi secondi, and dolci beautiful wine offer as well as a good vino della casa. attentive staff, smooth service and friendly prices. well recommended!
About this trattoria we told about our bed and breakfast hosts. the place is hidden on the hills of the appennino emiliano and it can be reached by a slang road that was to the tip of a huge altopiano (the intention is quite beautiful). I had caramelle filled with meat, followed by an amazing tasting grilled sausage with roasted kartoffels. for dessert we had panna cotta with frutti di bosco: yummy! service was nice and prompt.
We had some wonderful meals here, but our favorite was a big family dinner with delicious tortellini among other delicious curses. when we ate, talked and laughed, some older natives came up and began to sing traditional local borrowers, just to be sociable. we ate in. the portikus, but could not resist a view in the very old, beautiful kamin and ceiling beams.
The best sound on our entire 10-day driving holiday! ... amazing eating with fantastic service. I had the best pasta in italia. we have divided 4 desserts between two of us. great value and a very unforgettable experience. we went back the next night.
