Good food and stories, but maybe I’d have improved. Maybe it was just a cook’s personality, but I was expecting more interactions between the cook and the customer without ever having to ask. :

Great food for all senses. Made from the ingredients of the season, the menu where the raw materials are closely produced. There are only eight seats in one booking, so it’s best to book it in advance.

Absolutely amazing food and atmosphere. Pearl of Uusimaa region. Or maybe a hidden treasure.

One man fine dining. Why to go anywhere further when there is this kind of place here at Lohja.
