Great Customer Service! Very clean place.. Also, fresh food!!

Unreal! made the ORDER clearly through drive thur, then went to pay, they had wrong order, no prob, told them twice what my ORDER was, they took 6 minutes ringing it up, manager had to help the cashier no prob. my order egg and cheese biscuits 2, as i got home NO EGG AND NO CHEESE, JUST THE BISCUITS PLAIN, THATS A PROBLEM, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, HERES THE KICKER ITS MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY AND SHE WANTED BREAKFAST EGG AND CHEESE, AND SHE GOT DENIED ON HER BIRTHDAY DUE TO CARELESSNESS @MCDONALDS O … – show

Customer service has gone down so much.I asked for ketchup when I went through the drive through today and the girl that gave me the ketchup she threw them in my hand they fell to the floor.If mcdonalds doesnt want cutomers to ask for ketchup they should put at least 2 packets of ketchup in the bag when they see fries in it.Also cut the bad aditude.

What can one say about McDonald's? Other than, “It's McDonald's.” When ordering on the mobile app, however, the service is extremely fast and orders tend to be correct 99% of the time at this location.

No care in how they prepared my food. The only McDonald's in my area that is super and outstanding is the one in Rosemont on the corner of Higgins. Other franchises could take tips from them
