This place is hard untouched we sat over 10mins nobody came to our ordering the personal was too busy cleaning tables we have left wont

Dined tonight at 5:30 a.m. and was treated rudely by the manager. he asked to sit on a comfortable seat at that time when no other customers were hired, but rejected and was pushed back by the manager. customers should not be treated like this.

First, the early rolls were delicious, but salt n pfeffer tintenfisch was too salty and too much teig. there were 4 of us and my main meal arrived, but my three friends waited for their main at least 15 minutes. unimpressed with satay huh, drain shell and Mongolian lamb. the living fish in the foyer has upset me. tank 's glowing light was erroneous and there were too many large fish in a small tank. yes. they are fish, but it is extremely cruel and even a fish can look unhappy what was the case with these poor creatures.

The worst customer service I've ever had! we had waited for at least 5 minutes until the staff came to us. we went to so many yum-cha restaurants that were working on the way to us with dimm-sums when we sit down. but we waited here for the service, only two ladies were really nice and patient. it seemed like we were invisible to other employees. Even eating has good taste, I think I won't come back. I do not really recommend this restaurant.

We walked around the food area and received drink vouchers from a lady saying that we can have a free soft drink for each person. When we stepped upstairs we waited for three minutes until someone came and lead us in (the restaurant was not busy at that time). When we presented the voucher, the staff said we can only have one can for the whole table. We sat there for another five minutes when another staff finally came to us. The food was good and tasty, but the service was slow and inefficient, and we found some rude staff. Actually, only two ladies were nice and kind, but the rest (including the manager) were...we probably wound not come back again. What a shame for the tasty food.
