Gloria Jean's Coffee - Logan City

The review of My Slice bakery last week that reminded me about this cafe. Have not been back for Over nine months so made an exploration. Needless to say, only take away orders are allowed and I had the daily special package of small coffee and bacons and egg muffin. Coffee was just acceptable but the muffin stood out as a hero. I ordered two coffees for my mother and grandmother, my grandma doesn't like strong coffee and forgot to tell me, I went back in and they remade it for us for free. They were super polite and understanding plus the coffee is beautiful.

All the staff are lovely, and the coffee is fantastic. A pleasant place to visit any time of the day, whether you want to stay a while or get your coffee to go.

When the store was first opened, I refused to go in just because they were serving all the coffee with paper cup only. I hated it. The feeling of sipping on the coffee cup are enforced to be eliminated. Until lately on one day that I went into this shop for a business meeting and I discovered that they serve coffee not in the paper cup if the dine-in customer requests about it. Hurray! "You do attract me to enter your door now!"

I was excited to try the salted caramel chiller today and at $5.50, I was thinking it was a bit pricey.
