The agreed-upon price for a long-term rental was suddenly changed at the end of the month when a notice was slipped under the door asking for the tenant to vacate the premises. The only explanation given was that the owner needed the space. The switch was carried out the next day, in a very unprofessional manner.

The room w/ ac is good and the price is reasonable. I meet the owner and she's so kind. they let their gasses use their kitchen.

We arrived at the restaurant at night and were told that the room cost 500 php. When we inquired about a more affordable option, we were offered a room with a communal bathroom for 400 php. Despite the presence of worms in the room and the fact that the private toilet was inside the room, we decided to go with the private bathroom as it was still a reasonable price. However, the next morning we were informed that the price was actually 1000 php due to using the air conditioning, which was not initially communicated to us. When we expressed our lack of knowledge about this additional charge, the staff member became upset and shut off the power to our room before abruptly leaving. In the end, we paid 500 php and departed. Despite this experience, we thank them for their hospitality and wish them luck with their business.

Cheap room only for 600 pesos for an electric fan room..1k for air conditioning room. good for 1-2 people. not recommended for very nice person, my opinion.

The owner provided us with a free extra foam for our 3-person group in the fan room, which only cost 500 pesos.
