Penny's Pastries - Logan

Fantastic bakery!. My wife and I were camping in the Hocking Hills area and the baked goods at Wal Mart just didn't cut it. I pulled out my Blackberry and used Yelp and found this great little bakery. It is quite a small and picturesque business, but the presentation is really neat: if you go to the Filialfront, they have a large glass window and about half of their products are sitting next to the glass. I thought that was so cool, instead of peeing in the store and seeing what they have, it just sits right in front of you to be seen. The woman did not work kindly, but also not rude. This is really a little mother and pop donut store. It was a nice departure from the Tim Horton's and Dunkin Donuts, from which I am surrounded. Your selection was really impressive: cookies, cupcakes and donuts galore. I already had this special weekend bind to baked goods, so I was a little conservative in what I bought, but I have no problem saying that she is the best Eclair (or is it a long John... or is it a Bismark? I've ever had. Not only was it spectacular, but it was also the size of two Eclairs! Your other donuts were just as good. The prices were very cheap. I want to say that I went out there with 3 cookies, 1 cupcake and 4 donuts and it was like $3 or $4. I would recommend HIGHLY to stop at this place when you are in the area. It's definitely worth it. I know I'm definitely gonna stop by the next visit to the Hocking Hills area!

We were in the city for a few days from Detroit and we stopped here to get donuts. They were so amazing that we came back for more than the next day! The pastry calls the division is amazing. Your pitch is PERFECT! fantastic donuts everywhere! I didn't eat the cinnamon roll, but LOOOK HOW IT IS!!

My mother loves Penny's, she just wants them to be open later... they close at 2. They also offer day old donuts for a discounted price. Nice variety when they have it.

My wife and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary by starting with these donuts for breakfast. Cake donuts were not dry, filled donuts were filled with tasty goodness, and server was kind and helpful. Highly recommend. (Picture is of the donuts and cream puffs)
