Bidra med feedbackThis place has taken such a dive since my first five guys experiences in the early aughts in Alexandria, VA. I knew I'd be over paying for a hamburger when I decided to eat at the Logan location. I have been avoiding five guys for at least four years because of pricing. This review is not about overpricing. The burger I was served tasted and smelled awful. I had one bite and threw it in the garbage. The patty must have browned from being left unrefrigerated instead of cooked properly. I tried to find staffing, but both of them were nowhere to be found. I was nauseated all night. Adding to the awful burger experience was a super sticky floor, causing everyone to squeak when they walked anywhere in the building, no ketchup, and drink machines that tasted like off brand shasta. This used to be my absolute favorite burger restaurant and I was ecstatic when they franchised in Utah. So sad to see five guys in such bad shape. Avoid the Logan location altogether and only go to the other locations if you have a moderate disposable income.
Tasty food, expensive price. Inflation sucks! I'll probably stop eating here unless I have coupons. Other burger places are cheaper.
I like their burgers and LOVE their fries! But I have to drop two stars. Their prices are insane. Two burgers, a fry, and two milkshakes, with tax tip, will run you about $50+. That price is just too much and my budget cannot justify ever coming back, sadly, because I do love the shake and fries. Also, the cleanliness of the store and tables leaves something to be desired.
Specifically, Nick is just amazing. Service, food, everything is
Here's the sad truth about five guys. And maybe this is just my experience with this location and it being the only five guys I've ever been to. I have heard all my life about how amazing Five Guys is and how it's the best burger ever. But in the last two years since I started going to this Five Guys and trying it for the first time and giving it chance after chance, I can't believe that this place is as popular as it is. I'm genuinely amazed that anybody even comes here. I've tried at different times of day only to be disappointed each time. At first I thought that my food was soggy and gross because I came at a time when the food was just going to be older, but then I tried earlier in the morning, then I tried later at night. Same thing. My food has always been consistently disgusting, and what's the worst part of it is that it's been consistently soggy. When I get a burger I want the bun to be dry, soft maybe, but definitely not soaking with juices. And when I get fries I don't want them to be old and stale, and they are consistently old and stale. I don't think I've ever had a hot batch of fries from this Five Guys location. Not to mention that yesterday the last time that I went, I ordered a burger with jalapenos on it and it didn't even come with jalapenos. It's just been very disappointing and I've become pretty disgusted with the effort that's put into the food that's made here, and with how gross my food ends up being. I've even tried eating in, but it's the same thing. You know what's the worst part, now that I think about it is the fact that when you get your bag your food is all smashed together. The burger is on the bottom and the fries are all just dumped on top of your burger, just absolutely smashed and obliterated. I should have taken a picture of my burger before I threw it away, because it was smashed in half by whoever had put my burger in the bag. I'm genuinely going to beg you while not to come to this location. They need to learn their lesson that if they want business they need to deserve it, they need to do work that is deserving of our money. But they don't, and they don't care and that's what's fairly obvious these days. This location is probably the most disgusting Burger I've ever
