Crumb Brothers Bakery - Logan

This is the 3rd time I’ve changed my review. The food here really is great and so is the bread but they just have the worst service and organization I’ve ever experienced. This last time going I didn’t get what I ordered, like I was sitting there waiting and it never came. This isn’t the first time it’s happened but I’ve grown tired of reminding them when I come. I just don’t understand how you can be this consistently bad?

Good restaurant, with a nice patio area, but lacks organization. We noted: Wait staff aren’t able to locate customers easily, and are often seen walking back and forth with orders. Table numbers are arbitrary or not there. Orders and service from the bakery are mixed in with restaurant’s business, may cause the kitchen to get backed up. Wait staff seem unsure of their responsibilities. It would be a more enjoyable experience if there was more structure to their operation.

Enjoyed the egg ciabatta sandwich. Very good. The hash browns could use some panache to go with everything else. The server was wonderful. It’s more than I’d usually spend for the portion but it’s not so about size, right;

My friend and I were driving through Logan and stopped and tried this restaurant. It was fantastic. I had bacon gravy and biscuits and my friend had a yummy egg sandwich. I will definitely be returning.

Would do negative if I could. Horrendous customer service and attention to detail. Went to brunch and had to go get a waiter to order. While waiting the group next to us had several errors on their orders. Then we finally got our food, and it was cold. It seemed like they just gave me the error order from the table next to us, since it was cold. The chocolate milk was warm and needed stirred, but no utensils to be found.
