Starbucks - Lodi

I come to this Starbucks because it?s right down the street from my house but for the last few times I have ordered to go drinks for pick up and they always mess up my order, the drink was super messy on top and then when you go back inside to ask nicely to fix something, and they give you an attitude like you?re the problem. Specifically the skinny white girl with arm tattoos she is very rude and we will be taking a break from coming to this one for morning pick ups! I would go to the one on Kettleman Hutchins, they always get my drinks right and they?re always super nice! It?s 6:41 AM and you just started your shift, your tables are dirty and you have a bad attitude! Fast service is appreciated when you do it right, it?s better to wait a few minutes longer to receive what I paid for, versus wasting both of our time. I would highly suggest retraining your employees on customer service or new management!

Normally this location is good but the last couple of times I came during the afternoon they have ran out of cold brew and some of their syrups. Doesn't seem to be an issue with other locations. Maybe they just need someone else ordering their supplies

Never have enjoyed their coffee and their specialty coffee are always too sweet

I always order ahead, sometimes you must order about 10-15 minutes ahead in case of their spike in customers in the morning rushes. Other than that I always see people moving taking time to talk to people waiting for their orders to see if it was completed or still waiting for one more item.

Walked in at 8:45 pm to order today. Was told they are closing and not taking orders yet sign says they close at 9 pm. Folks are also inside enjoying their stuff. Employee says they are getting ready for a staff party. What a disappointment!
