Enjoy a delicious chocolate croissant and cold brew. the croissant was tasty, buttery and delicate. the cold brewery was beautiful and strong, but smooth. friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere and clean.

Just wow! Love this place. Great coffees and the baked goods are out of this world! Definitely coming back when I'm in the area.

Perfectly crafted pastries and breads. Try the Sugar Bun! It's crispy and caramelized on the outside and soft and doughy like a cinnamon roll without the cinnamon on the inside. Perfection! The ricotta toast was amazing as well. Fresh bread piled high with soft house made ricotta and the freshest seasonal fruit. A delicious way to try their bread if you aren't ready for an entire loaf.

Best bakery with best food, best staff and a nice place to sit and eat. The past few weeks the speaker playing music has been very bass heavy. For me it's not as relaxing as it was before.

Walking in, the cafe looks clean and modern. The noise level is extreme. You have to yell to hear the person next to you. We then go to order. They are out of chai, so that means they probably use a boxed version such as Tazo or Oregon Chai that you can pick up at the local grocery store. They recommended vanilla latte, since they were out. My husband ordered one as well with almond milk. After we ordered, we were called to the counter where he asked us what kind of milk we wanted again. Mine should have been hot, but he made them both iced. He proceeded to pour a full glass of milk over ice, splashed a little coffee and stirred it. That is not a latte. A latte is 1/3 espresso, 2/3 steamed milk and a thin layer of foam on top. What a waste of $12 for two cups of milk. Thank you for the children's drinks. They got tossed. We also ordered a quiche and a plum pastry. The quiche wasn't warmed properly and wasn't anything special. The plum pastry was flaky and tasted very good though. There are so many great local options that aren't temporary trendy places, where the owner's are there baking or roasting their own coffee. Quality places that care about the value of their products. Unfortunately, Ruby's wasn't it for us.
