El Pollo Loco - Lodi

No longer one of my favorite places to eat at. In the 90's I looked forward to going to El Pollo Loco, now I begrudgingly go there. Just not as good as when they first started. Helpings are about half the size and the cost has increased. :

Absolutely the rudest employees I have experienced in all Lodi!Terrible customer service skills and work ethic is lowest of low quality I had to come out and post this. I will NEVER return!

Pulled up at 9:02, no answer after a few minutes from the drive-through intercom. Pulled up to the window and waited until someone came. She rudely looked at me as if I was bothering her and I had told her that I pulled up since no one was taking orders. Instead of apologizing etc. she looks at me as if I’m bothering her and says, what do you want to order!? Umm okkk! I then said, well I only went to order if you guys are opened. She again rudely said, what do you want to order!? Again, this tone, mannerism, etc is so uncalled for. I came to order food and go about my day. Not be met with someone who is clearly unhappy. I choose to spend my at this establishment and all I ask for is common courtesy. The employees are is Dhalia!

Love Pollo loco this place is always great sometimes they miss to put my full order living 25 min away it's irritating but I still go because it's always good the workers are nice. Only reason why I put 4 stars it's because it has gotten pricy.

The corn street chicken bowl was good but they didn't add the dressing I noticed that when I got home. Ordered it to go. Someone didn't add the dressing ?.
