Bidra med feedbackI had a negative experience at this restaurant. The server named Jerri was rude and seemed paranoid, openly discussing her suspicions about other customers right in front of me. She expressed fears that people were trying to steal from the place. Additionally, when I attempted to use my debit card at the gas pump, it unexpectedly turned off, and she claimed I had already filled up that day, so I couldn't use it again. It felt like she was unfairly profiling customers based on race. Overall, it was quite disappointing.
Sunday workers on camp on 24/27 and hwy 200 extreme rude . they asked why quickly stop hwy 200 was not open, their answer was, as to the teufel I would know. then said to make the girl pizza while she looked at me that she's ready to go because the people think she's a damned spirit reader. we have spent a little wealth in both stores and not the feeling, it is good business to be rude for customers, only because they obviously do not want to be there.
The fuel pumps at this station are not functioning properly. It takes 20 minutes just to fill up an empty limousine tank, and they've been slow for the past six months to a year. It's incredibly frustrating to refuel here. Additionally, their paper receipts are often blank, and more than half the time they only have regular gas available. They really need to fix these issues!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The cashier refused to sell me items from behind the counter, even after I showed my ID. Legally, I'm of age to purchase these items, but instead, the cashier imposed their personal opinions about me and the products, denying me service due to my sexuality. The owner of this business really needs to have a serious conversation with their cashier about professionalism.
I 've stopped here at least three times, mainly because of its convenient location at the corner of Hwy 200 and Hwy 24/27. This place is sitting on a gold mine of potential but many factors are keeping them down. First of all, the pumps are old, very old. You wouldn 't think that slow pumps would be that big of an issue but when you have a 30 gallon tank to fill, waiting 8 minutes is a bit much. The noises these pumps make are very loud as well. Not sure what to make of it. As you could imagine from the pumps, the interior leaves a lot to be desired as well. Very dated with high markups on their drinks and snacks. I take it a lot of locals stop here for their cigarettes because that 's what most people are in line for the few times I 've been inside. They sell pizza here as well but judging by the looks of the place I would advise against it. The last issue is the customer service here. As I 've said, I 've been here a handful of times and the same older lady has behind the counter every time. Once I 've stood in front of the register with a soda while she carries on conversation with what I can only assume is a 'regular ' customer. Another time I 'm again waiting while she 's arguing with someone about how long the pizza will take to cook. The last time I was here she was verbally scolding a man who apparently was joking around with her and I guess she was tired of him. He said he 'd stop buying his drinks every morning from the store if she didn 't calm down and that 's when the obscenities started from behind the counter. It 's like I walked into a bar fight... So the guy looked at her and said see you never, Sue (assuming the lady 's name)! while she 's still yelling... Again, the location has a lot of potential but the staff and the building itself is crumbling. Locust doesn 't have many options as far as convenience stores go and it 's a shame that they have to put up with this. Maybe a business like QT will buy the lot and one day put this place out of its misery.
