White Castle - Lockport Township

This is the best white castle in the area, by far! All the food is great, and the staff are very nice.

Not the greatest of visits the last couple times I've been to this location. And I don't come here often so you think a change of staff might change the outcome. I try to place my family's order I understand it's a custom crave case but how hard is it to understand what 4 6 20 is? We had to go as far as writing down our order for them to understand it. Not an enjoyable ordering experience.

Pushing a 15 min wait time for half a dozen sliders

This is the worst white castle i have ever been too, they charge you for a shake then tell you oh we don't have shakes available right now and I didn't get a refund for it then I got no straws for my drinks or sauces. I recommend that nobody should get food here terrible service and they rip you off!!
