Starbucks - Lockport Township

Great service but my drink is almost never made correctly. I got a Carmel macchiato and they forgot the vanilla.

Not a bad store love the fact that they are open later then the other placesNice atmosphere but some of the staff is too chill and don’t read label and even after extra request still managed not to follow directions like If you make one a wrong and told how to correct the second one and still manage to screw it up is kinda surprising I forget her name the barista she seemed a little busy just trying to blow them then to focus on what was actually ordered

No cakepops no matcha and I ordered a drink with no coffee and there was coffee in it

I've been to this location a few times this week while I am in town visiting family. I have gotten the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew twice and today it was made with so much sweet cream I couldn't drink it. When I got it yesterday, it was cold brew with the pumpkin cream on top, which is how I like it. I did the same exact mobile order for both visits so I just don't think this location makes drinks consistently each time.

I love this place. It is a busy place , but all straff members are great. They are all 5 stars for me and for many customers. Drive thro is always busy. I don't know how they handle such a busy place with so much energy and smile. I love them all.
