McDonald's - Lockport

We ordered two large fries that were burnt and cold. My spicy chicken sandwich only had the bun, no meat. The Big Mac had no sauce and only one patty. I was very disappointed considering the price I paid.

Missing the large fry, got Diet Coke instead of coke, fries were cold and rock hard, the nuggets were cold and were like hockey pucks, worst order Ive ever received.

My 2 Cookies were HARD as a BRICK My Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich Meal My sandwich bun was beyond stale I asked for extra pickle and Extra ketchup and it tasted like there was NONE on there, beyond upset because this isn apos;t the first time this has happened to me at this location I know I won apos;t be the last one they do this too... workers genuinely do not care about doordash/Uber eats orders because we "won apos;t come in and complain

Everything was excellent! The food was hot and fresh. The service was also very quick.

Lockport McDonalds is a great advantage for our community that serves a large number of hungry males. Their food tastes good that they beat all the other fast food restaurants in the city by offering the only one that offers a big soda for only 99 cents! You also have a number of friendly staff with whom I like to interact. It seems to be a happy place that, despite the recent rise in inflation, still offers food savings.
