Burger King - Lock Haven

Not one of my favorite fast food places but hubby wanted a Whopper so we went. They have a new order system individual kiosks where you can customize your meal. I entered my selections as did my hubby. But what we got was not entirely accurate. I asked for extra mustard and onions. No onions. Hubby wanted extra pickles. Nope. Both our burgers were lukewarm. The fries were not hot nor crisp. We decided it wasn 't worth complaining about. Not sure what happened to the slogan 'Have it your way ' because it definitely wasn 't. Please do better.

Whopper Jr. is really small, I have been going to BK for over 50 years, plus I worked their in HS, but the Whopper Jr. Has really shrunk over the years.The dining room tables needed cleaned as well. I know that all restaurants are getting hit hard with labor costs, food costs etc etc, but I think the sandwich sizes have really gotten small.

Took over 15 minutes to get through the drive through.

My trip to burger king was nothing less than whimsical last weekend. i ordered chicken fries, a whopper jr with just sesame seeds and ONE sliver of onion. the girl at the window (kylie i think) fulfilled ALL of my requests. she shot the chicken right in front of me and told me they only make their chicken fries “freaky fresh”. i was a bit confused, but i didn’t have time to think about it because before i knew it my guinea pig (chuck) had stopped breathing. kylie LEAPT through my window, and began giving chuck cpr in the burger king drive thru. ive never had somebody give so much for just a customer. truly 10/10 worker

Is it have it your way or is it no extra cheese ? Because, it can 't be both.
