They open at 11 at everyone I try to go at open they say they won’t have pretzels for 15 minutes

Pretzels are tasty, but it takes forever to get some of the more popular items. The place really needs a deep cleaning. It may be because I am taller but the dust bunnies and equipment were covered in dust and dirt.

This place is to cramped and took like 10 years to make my Confetti nuggets..never going here to this location

Every time we go in here excited for pretzels, no one greets us for at least 5 minutes even if it’s empty, they have AirPods in their ears ignoring customers, and they do not have any of the items ready and they tell us it’s 20-25 minute wait. THIS PLACE NEEDS MANAGEMENT!!!

I had a fantastic experience! angela at the register was so kind and really made my day with her upbeat attitude. the pretzels were good and i really love the lemonade.
