Really wonderful Inn and Pub located adjacent to an old cemetery. Lots of charm. Nice outdoor dining; steak and ale pie was some of the best we have ever tasted. Stayed here at end of day 2 walking Offa's Dyke Path. Highly recommended. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
Such a lovely, charming pub. We visited whilst staying at Blaentrothy Farm we’re so glad we did. The nachos are amazing, the burger chili con carne delicious the atmosphere staff are fab. We are sad we were leaving Sunday morning, as the Sunday roast came highly recommended. Booking in advance is advised, it gets busy. Service: 5
I am very fussy about my food This charming pub exceeds all expectations I had a burger and chips as I only wanted a quick snack, thinking I'd leave most of the chips so as not to spoil my tea. I didn't expect the chips to be THAT good. Scoffed the lot. And the home made coleslaw is truly divine They pour a good pint too Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Romantic, Quiet
