Kalcek Smartinska - Ljubljana

The store itself is fine, but every time I go there, I am very unimpressed by the customer service of shop assistants who are slow, unfriendly, not even to say hello or farewell, show no break from the work there, complain all in all, I always leave unhappy as I did today, so I will stop buying there as they need to work on their employees. Makes a really bad impression of what else could be a really good organic shop.

There are plenty of vegan choices available at this restaurant, including fresh fruits and vegetables. I usually shop at the city center location because it's more convenient for me, but visiting this larger store is a nice change. Some prices are not easily seen as products are sometimes crowded together, especially in the refrigerated section. Many items are more affordable compared to regular grocery stores. They also offer an online shop.

A simple restaurant with vegan options like burguer. Beautiful environment with soothing music, and very helpful and friendly waiters. No luxury place, but worth a visit for a fast meal, I would say. Very good price too!

Out of the three, Kalcek is my favorite restaurant. They have a wide selection of items that you can't find at other places, making it a top choice for me.

I love to do my grocery shopping here as i live nearby and this place has literally everything i need! However, i can not afford to buy all my groceries here because it is very expensive. Usually i leave with two small bags and a 40€ bill... maybe because i can't resist the temptation of exquisite items like apricot kernel butter or fresh bourbon vanilla sticks...: i can spend hours in this shop... the selection is amazing, even in my raw vegan phase i was able to find so many different things here! (Apart from raw vegan bread. Still haven't found that The staff is very nice but unfortunately they couldn't answer all my questions. I guess with all the products you can't expect them to know every single product.
