Tokyo - LIVORNO

We've been here multiple times for dinner and the food and service is usually pretty good. But I will never again go here for lunch on a Sunday. We were seated at the same time as an Italian family right next to Us, handed them our orders the same exact time as the Italian family, yet the Italians received all their food and were leaving before we received even half the food we ordered. After 2.5 hours we ended up leaving without even getting some of the food we ordered, and that was after ordering it twice. I should also mention that a lot of the food the family next to us received was the same stuff we ordered, so it wasn't a matter of taking longer to cook. Absolutely ridiculous.

To locals it is probably known but as a visitor to town it is not immediately clear it is an all you can eat restaurant. That only became clear when I got the menu. Maybe a sign at the entrance would be helpfull. The fixed price of 20,80 is good for what you get. Some more expensive dishes you can only order once. All was prepared fresh on order and you can see the chefs preparing the sushi. Had a Japanese beer to go with the dishes. Service was very friendly and quick. would mind to eat here again.

The only positive thing is that it's not expensive, therefore always full. For the rest, the level of the service is low, waiters don't care about clients' needs whatsoever. The food quality is on average, nothing special.
