Bidra med feedbackI rarely find myself leaving bad reviews because I believe that there could be a mistake but in this case I am forced by the behavior of the restaurateur. I ordered 4 portions of fried food which arrived on time, each box contained 3/4 squid rings and 8/7 prawns (less than half a box). To be fair, I called the restaurant and sent the photos. The owner stated that actually the portions are generally much more generous.... at first he kindly offered to give me a box of fried food for the next order. I pointed out that we had people over for dinner and for us the problem was contingent. I, the owner, therefore, from an attitude of understanding (and thanking me for having called and explained kindly) moved on to the accusation, even raising his voice. He accused me of having opened the boxes, eaten part of the contents and then taken the photo..... I PREFER NOT TO COMMENT.... I suggest a bit of humility to the restaurateur, I don't know if this type of attitude is familiar to him, but it certainly isn't for me. I'm very sorry, I had already turned to this exercise, from today I'm careful about it....it's a shame, all it took was a little education and less bad faith.
There would be so much to say about the owner ... The food was good but he is rude and ignorant in his ways of treating the customer .. He doesn't even try to improve from the reviews and it can be seen from the answers he writes ... So one star but I would like to give less.
I have ordered several times in this place because the food is excellent until ordering on deliveroo they called me apologizing that they did not have the dishes, I asked for the cancellation of the order but it was not done in the application so they took the money without bringing the dishes (if you cancel an order you will be compensated at least partially or you can write it in the notes of the restaurant and if there are no dishes they are removed from the menu). I have requested compensation through the application and I hope it will be done otherwise I will be forced to take action at the postal police. I am disappointed and saddened by a restaurant that I have ordered from various times, they have lost a regular and trusted customer. I don't feel like recommending it because it's excellent in terms of food but I feel obliged to warn anyone who reads this review to be extremely careful if you order here. Situation update: the application has refunded me luckily. I want to hope and believe it was just an accident and not on purpose.
Really grumpy! They say they make 300 gm portions, the Pasi arrive at home and there are 120 gm with the package! Cold and tasteless food expensive as few! Never never ever again! Not to mention the offensiveness! They don't accept criticism and offend!
Take away with punctual and courteous home delivery. Price-quality ratio we are all looking for. The lasagna is top notch and the main courses are no different.
