This is the local spot to try! Our food was great as was the service! This restaurant is a family-owned spot that includes even the youngest helpers handing out menus, so sweet. We ordered the gator PoBoy and chicken fried chicken. Both were delicious. They have an outdoor patio if you want to enjoy your meal away from the main floor. I noticed restroom stall locks wouldn’t lock (I tried them all haha , just have someone stand guard or be prepared to stick your foot out to close it if someone accidentally walks in on you. Besides that the facilities are clean though. Side note: pay cash if you can! They do take card but you will need to pay a small transaction fee to offset the card fee. The lady that took my Order was quite pleasant and kind I placed my order and when I got home the stuffed mushrooms were half the size the size the normally are the white cream sauce on the Mamas Eggplant was extremely salty and or was too rich to top it off the prices on the menus are not the prices they charge Call to speak with a manager and was informed no manager was present we would have to call back called over the next several days and no manager was still available so the lady who answered too a message and said she would give the manager the message here it is a 5 days later and still call so we called back and The Manager Stephanie got on the phone saying we could not have possibly called and ask to speak to a manager because she was there and even if we did if we had a problem with our food we should have just brought it back mind you we drove a hour to get there.
