Mcdonald's - Livonia

Order a 10 piece and received a 4 piece in a 10 piece box and would not refund me or replace my order

In the inner is still closed, again. the updated website says dine _in. I just wish this place could open when they say open. if they cannot open in time, they change their hours. I just want a coffee to let go my Sundays and this place is consistently never open on Sunday morning

I would have given this place a star, except that my burger was apparently freshened. the one who took my order was very short and involuntary. I stopped my order because she hurried me. the young lady who took my payment was okay, but the young man who gave me my order was a robot. he didn't say a word all the time. I could have gotten a better overall service from a tree trunk.

Most McDonald's in my area are absolutely terrible as far as customer service and kindness and wait times .At this location I have gone to the last four times and each time I'm waited on right away with a smile and fantastic service and I received that smile when I leave also leave .I go out of my way into a heavy traffic area to this location just because of the exceptional kindness from the employees .

I prefer this location. There are 3 going towards my house but if I want my order done right and iced coffee that doesn't taste old I go to this one. It's further but I prefer the service too.
