Little Caesars Pizza - Livonia

Decided to give them another chance after waiting longer than necessary for our last visit. Order through the app, and my order was not pushed back in a full hour for a pizza and a crazy bread. Wait for the 800 # for a refund. Last visit I asked the manager (if he finally showed up) throw half of their product away when their staff left items sitting out of the hot box for all my 30 minutes waiting inside, business was earlier great, they? ve increased prices and quality and service no longer exist.

Just ugh pizza tasted like it was day old dough being that had already been sheeted out stored in the cooler over night way way way to much sauce I order butter and parmesan on the whole pizza and they totally missed the crust.

Just called to ask what time they close and if I could place a pick up order and was hung up on. Called back just in case it was an accident and the young man was very rude. I clearly stated I wanted to place a pick up order and as if he didn?t hear me he started to ask me questions with a attitude and it totally took me by surprise like I don?t need that kind of energy ????

Very slow service. Was waiting over 30 minutes for 2 pizza. Others were served first for their pizza before I had recieved my order. A door dash even came in and was able to get pizza.

Rude staff. I was yelled at for legit asking if the price of my food was correct. Then they gave me the wrong receipt, never offered to give me the correct receipt. I was the only other person in the store so it wasn't like there was a line out the door or anything. The store is a franchise so they jack up the prices I'm sorry but no amount of crazy bread is worth upwards of $4. I'm never going back.
