Dairy Queen - Livingston

Take out only.. fries were soggy.. chicken strips were small had to end up stopping somewhere else for my son to eat as they didn’t fill him up..

We ordered A LOT of food right before they closed and everything was perfect. Our order was spot on, the service was friendly and the food was great.

Horrible customer service. Drive through workers are super rude.

Can't say this was the best DQ I have ever been to and actually probably on the lower end. Dealt with 3 workers 2 out of 3 were nice but one wasn't very pleasant. Older lady and did not get her name, possibly the manager. I received my order and she said my number and I grabbed my food and almost left and said oh yeah my milkshake I almost forgot it. She then proceeded to tell me that I should calm down and she is working on it and not get all worked up about a milkshake. Not sure if that's just her personality but funny how I had no problem with the other 2 employees and actually was speaking to 2 other gentlemen that orderd also and no problem with them and we actually were making jokes. So she might want to remember that she is om customer service and should watch how she talks to people. Nothing personal and maybe she was having a bad day, but that don't give you the right to talk to a grown man like he is a child. I said something back to her and I think she understood what I was putting down. Other than that they need to step up there chicken strip game because the one I got were looking like a large fish stick. Taste was alright.

Sad, just checked other reviews and as expected, not good.Hope our local dairy queen gets new management and lets go of this 1920s weimar republic mentality.Just sad.
