Memories Cafe and Eatery - Liverpool

My friend and I ate here twice in two days, it was that good!! For lunch my friend and I both decided on the veggie burger and we were so glad we did! It's a spicy black bean corn patty with poblano avocado sauce, pickled red onion, grilled pineapple, tomato greens on toasted brioche. Although the brioche reminded me more of a plain hamburger bun, this dish was super tasty even though I was a bit hesitant about the pineapple. The pineapple in this burger was fabulous! On our return trip we both opted for salads. I had the large garden salad with Greek dressing on the side and a grilled chicken breast and my friend had the small beet salad with chicken which she thought was really good. My salad was enormous! I was delighted with all the greens and everything in that salad was super fresh! My friend asked for some bread and the lovely server brought us the most delicious biscuits I have ever eaten. We asked for more and savoured them slowly. It was the perfect compliment to the salads. The service was 100% and the prices of each dish were incredibly affordable.

Dining room is charming, staff are friendly food was great. Reasonable . Kids loved the grilled cheese. Haddock chowder was scrumptious. Looking forward to going again soon

Great place, rooms are clean, well equipped and spacious. The restaurant is lovely, delicious food and very friendly service. We were lucky to be here on a live music day, Irish fiddle music, perfectly fitting the place and history here.

Dad wanted to go to Macdonalds. You could spend more at McD and it would be so much less worth it. I wish we had some desert too but we went in only wanting coffee and menu raised our appetites. Good food and a nice place.
